I joined the faculty in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas-Pan American in the fall of 2009.

I am a recent graduate of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. I was a member of the Devolab (Digital EVOlution LABoratory), working with Dr. Charles Ofria and Dr. Robert T. Pennock. I also worked on the Evolving Intelligence Project.
