At the Fall 06 Convocation this morning, President Dr. Cárdenas announced the top UTPA faculty members who have received the largest research grants in the past five years. Dr. Richard Fowler is the top achiever, with more than 1.9 million dollars. We congratulate Dr. Fowler for his exceptional accomplishment and contributions to our Computer Science programs and our University!
